Rob Russell

Rob is currently Professor of Protein Evolution a Director of Bioquant at the University of Heidelberg. He studied Chemistry at Queen’s University in Canada, did a D.Phil in Biochemistry at Oxford, and a post-doc at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund, London. He worked for four years in SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, and was a Group Leader at EMBL, prior to joining the University. He is an adviser to several Pharma/Biotech companies and has been academic editor of several journals.
