Application - Computational Cytometry Summer School 2027

• This form is intended for scientists who want to join the Summer School.
• Submissions will remain open until November 4th. Selected participants will receive confirmation by November 16th.
• Participants will be selected on their motivation and CV. Please include in your motivation an estimate of the data you hope to analyze after this course (number of samples, panel size, ...). In the "Data" fields below, please clarify which dataset you intend to bring for your exploration during the "Own data" sessions. We recommend a dataset you are familiar with, so you can interpret the results. If you have some metadata that goes with the data, it can be helpful to make a clear overview in an excel file, with one row per file, containing a column for the filename and additional columns containing your metadata of interest.
• Registration prices are as follows:
  • PhD student ticket: € 400,- excl. VAT
  • Academic ticket: € 400,- excl. VAT
  • Industry ticket: € 1000,- excl. VAT
