The VIB conferences team is very happy to welcome you back again in-person at our conferences. Of course we want to guarantee the safety of all our attendees at our events. That's why all participants of VIB Conferences must adhere to the legal requirements that apply to travelling to Belgium. The requirements that currently apply are the following:

Entry to a VIB Conference/Event
Covid-measures at the venue
- At the entrance of the meeting rooms, there will be hand sanitizers to disinfect your hands when entering/leaving the room.
- During the coffee breaks and lunches, the room will be properly ventilated.
- Respect 1,5 m distance when possible.
- Wear your face mask when you cannot respect the 1,5 m distance.
