To attract colleague attendees to visit your poster during the poster sessions at the event, we ask you to provide a short video pitch. The video should have a maximum length of 1min.
This video will be made available 1 week before the conference starts. After the conference, the abstracts will stay visible (for participants only) for up to 2 weeks after the last conference day.
The submission deadline for this form is 8 November 2021
Here are some tips on creating your videos.
Windows 10:
- Open your powerpoint presentation
- press Windows key + G
- Check the "Yes, this is a game" checkbox
- Click on the Start Recording button (or Win + Alt + R) to begin capturing video.
- Stop the recording by clicking on the red recording bar that will be on the top right of the program window. (If it disappears on you, press Win + G again to bring the Game Bar back.)
- That's it! You'll find your recorded videos, which are MP4 files, under the Videos folder in a subfolder called Captures.

Apple Computer:
- Click full screen record icon in the onscreen controls. Your pointer changes to a camera.
- Click any screen to start recording that screen, or click Record in the onscreen controls.
- To stop recording, click record icon in the menu bar. Or press Command-Control-Esc (Escape).
- Use the thumbnail to trim, share, save, or take other actions.
