Dear poster presenter,
In our online platform called Hopin, you will host your own virtual poster booth.
In this virtual booth you can share a presentation, discuss your work with your colleagues (up to 5 in 1 booth), have your own booth chat channel, and so on.
Below we ask you to submit a powerpoint (in PDF format) and a recorded video of your work (some guidelines below). The powerpoint (PDF) will be available in your booth so the people can click the link and see your presentation when you are not arround.
The video will be used to display below the 'chat room' so when you are following a talk on stage but you have a visitor in your booth, they have your video to watch.
Here you can see how the platform works.
Poster booth from minute 2.00. On the right side you can see the chat & the button to your presentation. in the middle of the page you see the chat room which you can enter by pushing the orange button 'share audio and video'. and below the chat room we will add your video.
