Biography
Ara is currently a researcher at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden where she has been working with microbial metabolites in the metabolic diseases. She completed her Ph.D. at POSTECH in South Korea where she investigated the mechanistic function of a new phosphatase in insulin signaling pathway. Thus, her expertise is understanding of molecular and biochemical mechanism of metabolites and signaling molecules in the aspect of metabolic diseases.
