Biography
Dr. Cornelius Fischer manages external and internal projects within the single-cell genomics team at the Scientific Genomics Platforms (Dr. Sascha Sauer) located at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC) in Berlin-Buch funded by the Berlin Institute for Medical Systems Biology (BIMSB) and the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH). His focus lies on commercially available solutions for large-scale single-cell genomics analyses. After having studied molecular biology at the University of Salzburg and the Free University of Berlin, he worked with high-throughput genomics approaches based on next-generation sequencing at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics (MPIMG) and the MDC in Berlin.
