Biography
Dr. SoRelle is a physician-scientist with a background in molecular pathology and immunology. His research focuses on the role of glycosylation in immune regulation, with particular interest in how sialylation patterns influence allergic disease and mucosal immunity. Recent work from his lab explores IgE sialylation as a biomarker for food allergy, IgE glycosylation for regulating allergy and glyco-engineering mucus to improve host-defense.
