Biography
Johanna Klughammer completed her undergrad studies in Biomedicine at the University of Würzburg in 2012 and her PhD studies in computational epigenomics and malignant disease at CeMM and the Medical University of Vienna in 2017. After a short postdoc phase, she moved to the Broad Institute in Boston for her postdoctoral research in computational (spatio-)genomics. In September 2021 Klughammer was appointed Tenure-Track Professor and started her own lab for Systems Immunology at the Gene Center of the LMU Munich.
