Lies Vanneste is Investor Relations Lead at VIB, where she fosters relationships with biotech investors, spin-offs, business partners, and key stakeholders. She has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, specializing in investor relations, business analysis, and strategic communications. Before joining VIB, she held senior investor relations roles at Sequana Medical and Ablynx, where she was involved in IPOs, fundraising, and international financial communication. With a strong background in both R&D and commercial strategy, she has worked across therapeutics, diagnostics, and medical devices. Lies holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry.
