Biography
After completing her PhD at the KU Leuven/VIB Centre for microbiology, Liselot moved to the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. She now works as a postdoc in the group of Jan-Willem Veening, where she uses CRISPRi to perform genome-wide gene silencing to assess the effect of gene depletions on cell cycle progression in Streptococcus pneumoniae.
