Soetkin Van Huylenbroeck is a Learning & Development professional passionate about helping people and organizations learn and grow. Combining expertise in education, business, and organizational learning, she holds a Master's degree in Science Education, a Master's degree in General Management, and a teaching qualification. After starting her career in educational technology and later working as a Learning Specialist at Colruyt Group, she now supports learning and development at VIB. Her work focuses on onboarding, researcher and leadership development, skills-based learning, and building strong learning cultures. She enjoys translating evidence-based insights into practical learning solutions that create lasting impact for both individuals and organizations.
