Protein design and modeling is rapidly evolving, with new computational and AI-assisted approaches making it increasingly accessible across research fields that have traditionally not relied on protein engineering. As the field expands, new opportunities emerge, but important scientific challenges remain.

Co-organized by Rosetta Commons and VIB, RosettaCon Europe at VIB brings together researchers from across the protein community to explore these challenges, exchange the latest advances, and discuss where the field is heading next. The program will focus on five key themes:
