Proteomics is undergoing a rapid transformation, driven by advances in analytical technologies, computational methods, and high‑resolution spatial and single‑cell approaches. Together, these developments are reshaping how we study protein function, dynamics, and organization, enabling deeper insight into biological systems and disease mechanisms. As the field evolves, integrating emerging technologies with robust and scalable data analysis frameworks is becoming essential to fully capture the full complexity and heterogeneity of the proteome.

The conference Emerging technologies in life sciences: Next‑Gen proteomics focuses on the latest technological and methodological innovations that are pushing the boundaries of proteomics research. Bringing together experts from academia and industry, it highlights how novel tools and approaches are redefining protein analysis and opening new avenues for discovery in life sciences.

The program is structured around key thematic areas:

  • Protein sequencing
  • Spatial proteomics
  • Single‑cell proteomics
  • Machine learning in proteomics

Join an international community of scientists to explore and discuss emerging technologies and future directions in next‑generation proteomics.

Travel grant deadline: 25 February 2027.
