  • Bart Lambrecht, VIB-UGent Center for Inflammation Research, BE
  • Miriam Merad, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, US

They put together a stacked line-up of key DC and Mac researchers. Curious about who made the cut? Charlie Scott will tell you more.

A packed program filled with leading scientists

This 3-day conference will focus on multiple aspects of Dendritic cell and Macrophage biology in health and disease. The program will include invited speakers at the forefront of the mononuclear phagocyte field and plenty of opportunities for short talks for upcoming scientists. Check out the website for the full program.

Upcoming scientists are an integral part of the program

A recurring part of VIB Conferences is the selected talks and poster sessions. Giving upcoming scientists plenty of opportunity to show themselves to the international research community.

Charlotte Scott: "We have kept a number of slots for early career researchers and therefore encourage you all to submit an abstract. We have spaces for short talks, posters, and some quick-fire poster pitches which will occur just before the poster sessions in the main sessions so you can encourage everyone to come along to the poster. Don't forget there are also the annual EMDS Poster Prizes so don't hesitate to submit an abstract."
