We're continuously working on improving the conference experience for you. This includes making the website as clear and easy to use as possible. This has led to a complete overhaul of our website during the summer break.
The new website features a completely revamped look and feel, which we hope will make the registration process clearer and improve your conference experience.
Added registration options
A new feature in the new website allows for group bookings for an event. If you're an administrative assistant or want to signup a group of lab members in one go, now you can! You can also easily buy tickets for someone else now.

Enhanced profiles and abstracts
A feature which was introduced recently in the old website has been included in the new one: expanded profiles. You can now add photos and LinkedIn links to your profile. Once you register for an event you will see this info for other attendees a week before the event starts until two weeks after the event ends. This will hopefully make it easier to contact new colleagues you met during a VIB Conference.
Accepted abstracts will also be visible during this period of time for registered attendees of the event. This way you can come to the meeting even more prepared.
For those of you who already had an account on the previous website will have to make a new account on this website. We've simplified this process, which should not take more than two minutes.
