Ilana Taub

Ilana Taub is the co-founder of Bolder Foods, a Brussels-based start-up which develops cheese alternatives that combine pleasure with positive impact. Before Bolder Foods, Ilana co-founded SNACT with Michael, a UK-based food brand that saved hundreds of tonnes of food from going to waste. Ilana has extensive experience in strategy, innovation, marketing, stakeholder engagement and operations particularly within food and finance sectors. She also worked in sustainable finance. She holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and an MA in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh. She is an Unreasonable Group fellow.
