Biography
I studied medicine at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria (2004-2010), performed my MD/PhD studies at Institute of Pathology, Bern, Switzerland (2011-2017) and went to the University of Calgary, Canada to for postdoctoral studies (2017-2021). The goal of my lab is to desire to undertake basic strategic research to eventually tackle pertinent issues in modern medicine, particularly in inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.
