Marius Harter

Mr. Harter is a PhD candidate at the Institute for Translational Bioengineering in the Organoid Engineering group led by Dr. Nikolche Gjorevski and academically supervised by Prof. Dr. Florent Ginhoux at the University Paris-Saclay. He aims at developing a next-gen Inflammatory Bowel Disease in vitro model by compromising patient-derived epithelial, stromal and immune compartments that contribute to the multifactorial etiology in a recapitulative microenvironment. Ultimately, he wants to deploy cutting-edge methods on the novel organoid model to shed some light on underlying mechanisms driving this debilitating disease.
